What We Believe
Kevin Pike Ministries is a Christian religious organization. The following statement summarizes the beliefs that guide our identity, governance, teaching, chaplaincy formation, ordination, commissioning, and ecclesiastical endorsement.
01
We believe the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is inspired by God and is the authoritative guide for Christian faith, doctrine, conduct, and ministry.
02
We believe in one God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — distinct in person, united in essence, perfect in holiness, love, justice, wisdom, and power.
03
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully human; conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, sinless in life, crucified for our sins, risen bodily from the dead, ascended to heaven, and returning in glory.
04
We believe every person is created in the image of God and possesses inherent dignity and worth. Humanity is affected by sin and needs reconciliation with God.
05
We believe salvation is God's gift of grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ, resulting in forgiveness, reconciliation, spiritual renewal, and a life of discipleship.
06
We believe the Holy Spirit convicts, regenerates, indwells, comforts, empowers, sanctifies, and equips believers for faithful living and service.
07
We believe the Church is the community of all who belong to Jesus Christ, called to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, practice compassion, pursue justice and mercy, and serve the world.
08
We believe followers of Christ are called to love God and neighbor, care for the suffering, honor human dignity, seek peace, practice integrity, and serve sacrificially.
09
We believe in the bodily resurrection, final judgment, eternal life with God for the redeemed, and the ultimate restoration of all things under the lordship of Jesus Christ.
10
We believe faith must not be coerced. In pluralistic settings, our chaplains respect each person's conscience, voluntary religious choices, and right to receive or decline spiritual care, while serving consistently with the endorsing standards and Christian identity of Kevin Pike Ministries.
