The Founder
A Calling Forged in Service
Kevin Pike has spent his life in the company of those who serve. Raised in a military family and shaped by years alongside first responders, he witnessed firsthand the silent toll that duty takes on the soul — and the families who wait at home.
After more than two decades of pastoral and chaplain ministry, Kevin felt a clear and persistent calling: to build a dedicated sanctuary for the guardians themselves. In 2019, Kevin Pike Ministries was born from that conviction — a ministry devoted entirely to the spiritual care of Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement, First Responders, and their families.
Today, Kevin leads with the steady conviction that those who stand for others deserve someone who stands firmly for them. His work is rooted in presence — being present in the silence after the shift, the darkness after the call, and the long road back to hope.

A Life of Service
Early Life
Born Into an Air Force Family
Raised in a military family with a B-52 pilot father, constant travel taught him to be outgoing and make friends easily — the foundation for a life of service alongside those who serve.
Age 6
First Encounter with God
His grandmother "tricked" him into reading the Bible by asking him to compare her King James Version with a new one — a New International Version she gifted him to keep.
Age 8
Accepted Christ
Accepted Jesus as his Savior and Lord, the first step on a lifelong walk of faith and ministry.
Age 16
A Calling Heard
Rededicated his life to Christ at a youth retreat and felt God calling him into ministry.
1988
Theological Training at Trinity Bible College
Enrolled at Trinity Bible College to formally prepare for ministry — a call strong enough to turn down an offer to travel with Up With People — laying the biblical and pastoral groundwork for a lifetime of service.
Early Ministry
Pioneering a Church in Madison, Alabama
Took a year away from college to help plant and pioneer a new church in Madison, Alabama — his first hands-on ministry leadership.
13 Years
United States Air Force Chaplain Corps
Served thirteen years as a chaplain assistant with the Air Force Chaplain Corps, supporting the spiritual care of active-duty service members and their families through deployment, crisis, and return.
Continuing Education
Bachelor's & Master's Degrees
After receiving a Bachelor's in Bible / Ministerial and a Bachelor's in Christian Leadership, Kevin continued his education by earning his Master's of Divinity in Chaplaincy.
Continued Service
Law Enforcement Chaplaincy
Continued in ministry as a law enforcement chaplain, walking with officers and first responders in their hardest hours.
4 Years
Veterans Affairs Chaplaincy
Served four years as a Veterans Affairs Chaplain, providing spiritual care and pastoral support to Veterans and walking with them through recovery, transition, and healing.
Educator
Clinical Pastoral Educator
Became a Clinical Pastoral Educator through Christian Chaplains & Coaching and Clinical Pastoral Education International (CPEI).
Doctoral Studies
Doctorate in Ministry–Chaplaincy
Now in the dissertation phase of a Doctorate in Ministry with a focus on Chaplaincy, drawing on decades of pastoral, military, and law-enforcement service.
Today
A Faithful Calling
Today, Kevin's mission endures — standing in the gap for those who serve, teaching the next generation of chaplains, and remaining steadfast in his love for God and the calling on his life. With every life touched and every soul strengthened, he presses forward, resolved to follow God's will and serve others until his last breath.
